Loving your body isn’t conceited

Feeling proud of yourself doesn’t make you a narcissist

Giving yourself credit for something won’t make you lose motivation to keep bettering yourself

Caring about your own happiness isn’t shallow

Putting your recovery first isn’t selfish

Just ordered these beautiful Nike sports bras. I’ve wanted one since like December 2012, so I figure I’ve waited long enough to justify the price.

Just ordered a Polar watch.. yay, finally did it! After feeling really proud of myself for doing a good amount of cardio at the gym today I thought I’d treat myself. Hope it’s worth it! Can anyone tell me if it’s good?! The FT4

Yes I have one, they’re good, great for breaking a plateau and you work out harder because you keep checking your watch to see how many calories you’re burning lol :-)

It’s so frustrating when people tease you for being bigger and tell you that you need to “take care of yourself” and lose weight, and then when you do that stuff, they make comments like “Ohhhh you’re wasting away, this is so worrying.”

Preach it girl
